★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmiddag een paar minuten in de winkel geweest op zoek naar een artikel. Geen personeel gezien om een vraag te stellen ook niet bij de kassa. Dan maar verder op zoek. Wel een mooie winkel, netjes en opgeruimd.
Spent a few minutes this afternoon looking for an item. No staff seen to ask a question, even at the checkout. Then continue looking. A nice shop, neat and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was niet tevreden over een gekocht product en ik had het niet gebruikt nog. helaas waren ze niet zo behulpzaam. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de service afdeling en die gaf aan dat het probleem bij hen bekend was met het product en ik kon het ruilen voor een ander type maar kon absoluut niet bij deze filiaal aldus de medewerkers in Epe, daarom ben ik naar een andere Blokker gegaan en daar heb ik hetzelfde verhaal gedaan en was het geen enkel probleem. Jammer dat men elkaar niet op de hoogte houdt over bekende problemen bij bepaalde producten, communicatie op dit gebied kan beter zodat zulke voorvallen voorkomen kunnen worden of dat het verkeerd wordt opgelost (dit filiaal wilde het product opsturen voor reparatie terwijl dat niet eens nodig bleek te zijn omdat het er 'gewoon' bijhoort)
I was not satisfied with a purchased product and I had not used it yet. unfortunately they were not so helpful. It is a pity that they do not keep each other informed about known problems with certain products, communication in this area can be better so that such occurrences can be prevented or that it is solved incorrectly (this branch wanted to send the product for repair when it was not even necessary to because it 'just' belongs there)
