★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel is meestal super aardig en attent. Laatste keer waren er twee jonge meiden aan het werk. Had een mepal fles gekocht en dese binnen 2 dagen stuk moest ik volgens de twee dames 2.50 euro extra betalen. Na lang discussie hebben zij kunnen bedenken er iemand bij te halen en toen goed geholpen. Verder altijd met plezier bij de blokker in Hoogeveen. Fijn personeel buiten de twee dames die waarschijnlijk nieuw zijn maar niet kundig helaas
Staff is usually super nice and attentive. Last time there were two young girls at work. Had bought a Mepal bottle and it broke within 2 days, according to the two ladies I had to pay 2.50 euros extra. After a long discussion they were able to come up with the idea of bringing in someone and then they helped a lot. Furthermore, always with pleasure at the blocker in Hoogeveen. Lovely staff apart from the two ladies who are probably new but not knowledgeable unfortunately
