★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een verkeerd artikel geleverd gekregen en het aanwezige personeel was door Blokker niet getraind om hiermee goed om te gaan.
Kunnen zij niet helpen evenwel mag Blokker hier wat beter aandacht aan besteden.
Goed gekomen door ons eigen ondersteunen uiteindelijk.
En dan zaten er bij thuiskomst onderzoekend weer een aantal fout opgedroogde borden tussen....
Laat maar gaan zei mijn vrouw door er genoeg van had....
We hebben tenslotte twee sets gekocht!
Oke......
We had received a wrong item and the staff present were not trained by Blokker to handle this properly.
Although they cannot help, Blokker may pay more attention to this.
Well done through our own support in the end.
And then upon returning home, there were a number of incorrectly dried up plates between them ....
Let go my wife said by had had enough ....
We finally bought two sets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todays customer service was extremly rude to me. First they treated me like I was a thief without any particular reason I was just testing the ball pump. Then the shop menager didnt even let me to look at other things but drag me to cash counter and made me pay for a pump which i was going to do anyway. Plus she speaks no English and she was expecting me to understand everythong in Dutch. Terrible.
