Ook wilde ik een opstap krukje maar dat was niet mijn kleur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij dit filiaal een wokpan gekocht die ondanks dat deze geschikt zou zijn voor alle warmtebronnen niet werkte op mijn inductieplaat. In plaats van dat de verkoopster zei: goh mevrouw wat vervelend, hier heeft u een ander werd ik naar huis gestuurd omdat de mutatie op mijn telefoon niet voldoende was, deze moest ik afdrukken!? Bij ieder ander warenhuis kan men met deze gegevens de bon simpel opnieuw afdrukken maar de dame in kwestie zei dat dat niet mogelijk was. Na een cynisch nog "een prettige middag" was het mij duidelijk dat deze dame klantvriendelijkheid niet hoog in het vaandel heeft.
