β β β β β Voor een airfryer. Degene die in de folder stond, was er niet meer... (Blokker he). De jongeman in de winkel hielp vriendelijk een vervanging te zoeken. Gevonden. Ivm meerdere boodschappen even apart gezet en bij ophalen na ruim half uur, stond hij klaar om αΈΏ mee te geven. Vriendelijk personeel, maar die voorraad he... vooral bij reclame-artikelen...
For an airfryer. The person who was in the folder was no longer there ... (Blokker hey). The young man in the shop kindly helped find a replacement. Found it. Because of several groceries put aside for a moment and when picked up after more than half an hour, he was ready to give αΈΏ. Friendly staff, but that stock ... especially with promotional items ...

β β β β β Je merkt aan alles dat Blokker op z'n retour is.. als je naar binnen loopt moet je eerst zoeken waar je een product vinden kunt (vroeger ging dat meer intuΓ―tief), en niet zelden blijkt het dan nog niet in voorraad ook (da's her ergst).. Bij mijn laatste 2 bezoekjes aan de Blokker bleek het product niet in voorraad (typische Blokker-produkten: een maatbeker en een keukenweegschaal), en dan loop je maar weer teleurgesteld de winkel uit. De medewerkers in deze vestiging vind ik niets minder dan top! Ze doen hun stinkende best de klant te helpen, altijd vriendelijk, volgens mij werken ze zich drie keer in de rondte. Tegen de tijd dat Blokker het loodje heeft gelegd hoop ik van harte dan de medewerkers elders aan de slag kunnen, het is ze van harte gegund.
You notice everything that Blokker is returning .. when you walk in you first have to find where you can find a product (in the past it was more intuitive), and not infrequently it is not in stock (that's worst) .. During my last 2 visits to the Blokker the product was not in stock (typical Blokker products: a measuring cup and a kitchen scale), and then you walk out of the store disappointed again. The employees in this establishment are nothing less than top! They do their best to help the customer, always friendly, I think they work three times in the round. By the time Blokker has made a difference, I sincerely hope that the employees can get started elsewhere, it is awarded to them.

β β β β β Ik kocht hier een wokpan met een steel van het Blokker-merk. Na een keer of drie gebruiken, brak de steel van de pan. Bij de winkel vroegen ze om de bon. Die had ik niet. Verder nam men de moeite om al mijn pinbetalingen in de winkel na te gaan - maar die van de pan kwam niet tevoorschijn. Men was heel vriendelijk en stak er veel werk in.
Daar stond ik dan met mijn nog zichtbaar fonkelnieuwe pan met afgebroken steel waar heel groot βBlokkerβ onderop de bodem stond. Mooi niet dat ik mijn geld terugkreeg. Zelfs bij de Action verkopen ze betere kwaliteit.
I bought a wok pan with a stem from the Blokker brand here. After about three uses, the handle of the pan broke. They asked for the receipt at the store. I didn't have one. They also went to the trouble of checking all my debit card payments in the store - but those from the pan did not appear. They were very friendly and put a lot of work into it.
There I stood with my still visible brand new pan with broken stem with a very large "Blokker" on the bottom. Nice not that I got my money back. Even with the Action they sell better quality.
