★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige bloemist. Je kunt een bedrag en wat voorkeuren aangeven en dan maken ze er een geweldig boeket van. Niet vol met nietszeggende vulling zoals bij veel andere bloemisten. Hier leeft echte creativiteit en vakmanschap.
Great florist. You can indicate an amount and some preferences and they will turn it into a great bouquet. Not full of meaningless filling like many other florists. True creativity and craftsmanship lives here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van vrienden uit het buitenland via Fleurop.een boeket ontvangen. Boeket.viel.vies tegen. Voor 44 euro een minuskuul bosje bloemen. De fles wijn was men vergeten, na telefonisch navragen werd die alsnog gebracht. Mijn indruk is dat niet alle bloemen vers zijn, Dalia 's zijn 's avonds al aan het uitvallen. Op mijn opmerkingen krijg ik als antwoord dat bloemen duur zijn. Zowel kwaliteit als reaction vallen me erg tegen
Receive a bouquet from friends from abroad via Fleurop. Bouquet.disappointed. For 44 euros a tiny bunch of flowers. The bottle of wine was forgotten, after telephone inquiries it was still brought. My impression is that not all flowers are fresh, Dalias are already falling out in the evening. I get the answer to my comments that flowers are expensive. Both quality and reaction are very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the service provided was much below expectation. The boquet ordered online was VERY much smaller in reality. The wine that was supposed to be delivered with the flowers was somehow "forgotten".
Probably the most disappointing aspect is that when a complaint was made to the company, no apology or words of regret were given. Customer service does not seem to exist in this company.
