★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flowers arrived one hour later than expected and they wasn't delivered at my door (delivery guy left them downstairs and disappeared before I could get down). My husband paid extra for chocolates and they didn't include them. Flowers didn't look very fresh and customer service wasn't great either. Not nice customer experience so we won't use this company in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy when I received these flowers. They looked fresh and beautiful. Package has very nice design... But next day I discovered a lot of small bugs on the one branch of bouquet... First of all it looks ugly. Second - I have a lot of plants in pots at home, I don't want them to be infected. BLOOM POST, you should check your flowers before send it to people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. Great customer service. But the photos on the website is misleading. They showed the flowers in the vase but delivered it in a box. It is 2021, we order a lot online. Usually what you put on your website, that is what you should deliver. Sorry, but I will not recommend this shop.
