★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij proberen nu 3 weken contact te krijgen met BLOS maar dat is onmogelijk. 5 mails gestuurd waarop gezegd wordt dat er binnen 2 werkdagen contact wordt opgenomen.
Als je belt naar locatie Frederik van Blankenheym straat en aangeeft dat je kind nog niet op de opvang zit en je information wilt krijg je een antwoordapparaat met een kinderstem die zegt dat het druk is . Daarna krijg ik te horen dat ik de eerst volgende ben. Na ruim 15 min weer een kinderstem die zegt dat er teveel ouders bellen en ik iets kan inspreken dan wordt ik teruggebeld….. maar ik ben toch de volgende dus kan ik toch wachten ?
Als dit nou 1x is dan snap ik dat maar in middels hebben mijn vriend en ik beide gebeld ( hij 5 en ik nu 6 x ) en wij hebben 5 mails gestuurd en zijn 2 x binnen gewandeld ….. het is gewoon onmogelijk om contact te krijgen.
 We are now trying to get in touch with BLOS for 3 weeks, but that is impossible. Sent 5 emails saying that we will be contacted within 2 working days.
If you call the Frederik van Blankenheym street location and indicate that your child is not yet at the daycare and you want information, you will receive an answering machine with a child's voice that says that it is busy. Then I'm told I'm the next one. After more than 15 minutes another child's voice says that too many parents are calling and I can leave something then I get a call back….. but I'm the next one so can I wait?
If this is 1x then I understand that but in the meantime my friend and I have both called (he 5 and I now 6 x) and we have sent 5 emails and walked in 2 x ..... it is simply impossible to contact to get.
