★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie laadpaal, vriendelijke monteurs. De laadpaal gaat veel in storing, moet hem telkens starten en stoppen met laden via de App ipv gewoon aansluiten en afkoppelen. Verder is de laadpaal plots in storing gegaan, met BlueCurrent gebeld, er werd aangegeven dat de storing bij hen ligt, wordt gewoon niet opgelost in het weekend. Ben hier zeker niet tevreden mee.
Nice charging station, friendly technicians. The charging station malfunctions a lot, it has to start and stop charging via the App instead of just connecting and disconnecting. Furthermore, the charging station suddenly went into malfunction, called BlueCurrent, it was indicated that the malfunction is with them, it is simply not resolved during the weekend. I am certainly not satisfied with this.

What wonderful solutions they offer in addition to normal electric charging stations: smart charging for other loads, hidden charging boxes, I even saw a built-in charging point socket

- na de nodige discussie is uiteindelijk met spoed zeer capabele vakman langsgekomen die alles hersteld heeft.
shit service. Pole does not work, service is not fulfilled. Repair does not take place. Information is not given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongelofelijk waardeloos apparaat, het starten via de app gaat pas na een reset en een reboot waarna je de spanning moet onderbreken. Twee maal een monteur langs geweest, printplaat vervangen. In 3 maanden circa 50 keer de servicedienst gebeld. Ik kan werkelijk niemand de hidden laadpaal aanraden. In het weekend krijg ik iemand aan de lijn die zegt niks te kunnen doen.
Incredibly worthless device, starting via the app only works after a reset and a reboot after which you have to interrupt the power. Went to a mechanic twice, replaced printed circuit board. Called customer service about 50 times in 3 months. I really can't recommend the hidden charging station to anyone. At the weekend I get someone on the phone who says there is nothing they can do.
