β β β β β Iβve used Blue Umbrella for my US taxes for two years in a row. They were able to back file when I found out my former tax preparer never submitted a year. Sreejith is very responsive and works fast. He was also able to file electronically which I value. I highly recommend Sreejith and will be using him again in the years to come.

Now I only need to upload my invoices and Blue Umbrella takes care of everything else :) Super friendly and helpful whenever I've had questions and everything you need to know is translated into 'everyday' English as well so it's easy to understand! 100% recommend!

β β β β β Don't be fooled by the high rating, this company has its scamming side. If you only have income from employment and you don't have e.g. assets or income abroad, you're most probably safe. But if your taxes are slightly more complicated, you better look for an alternative, Blue Umbrella will not be able and will not want to help you. If you thought you're going to have a contact person that you can discuss your situation with, you're wrong. Random employees will pick up your request and reply the best they can. A little passive aggressive, without reading your previous questions, not knowing anything about another EU countries for example.
If you're unsatisfied, they will have a seemingly thorough complaint process (Olivia is your person, hi there!) with the expected outcome: they will twist the story, so the only option is that they rather not refund your money.
You will most probably see a very polite reply to this review below, which is part of their marketing strategy . They might also mention what I, as customer did wrong (see other 1 star reviews).
But remember: there is a high chance they will not be this proactive and polite with you when you need an actual advice.
