Super friendly and flexible, spontaneous employees who quickly helped us over the phone with a flower delivery for our birthday. Ordered by phone, paid by PayPal and a beautiful orchid delivered. That within just under 2 hours!

Große Enttäuschung !!!!!
Übrügens meine Tel. Reklamation und Fotos haben nicht gereicht.

Unfortunately I can't write anything good. First unfriendly service, then the roses ONLY lasted one day! Bought on Friday afternoons, on Saturday these start to "shrink". We will AVOID the store !!!!
Big disappointment !!!!!
Incidentally, my phone complaint and photos were not enough.
Now put the photos for potential customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe die Rosen mittwochs gekauft. Freitags haben Sie schon die Köpfe hängen lassen. Man sagte mir nur das könne nicht, Rosen kommen jeden Tag frisch. Vielleicht war die Vase dreckig. Keine Entschuldigung, oder entgegen kommen. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Bought the roses on Wednesdays. You hung your head on Fridays. I was just told that it couldn't, roses come fresh every day. Maybe the vase was dirty. No apologies or coming forward. Not recommendable.
