Dieser aber Leider voller pilsbefall war (Foto). Wir hatten Samstags Abends Leider keine Blumen, und musten uns Ersatz beschaffen. Wenn man als Kunde, am Montag dies Bemängelt, sollte man doch sein Geld zurück bekommen. Eine Entschuldigung, für einen Fehler Ihrerseits finde Ich eigendlich angemessen. Ein Gutschein ist sicher nicht akzeptabel, da wir nicht einen Gutschein verschenken wollten. Hello! We bought a beautiful bouquet of roses from you on Friday afternoon. That we wanted to give away for a birthday party on Saturdays. Unfortunately, it was full of pils (photo). Unfortunately we had no flowers on Saturday evenings and had to get replacements. If you as a customer complained about this on Monday, you should get your money back. An apology, I find it appropriate for a mistake on your part. A voucher is certainly not acceptable because we didn't want to give away a voucher.
