★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een duidelijke indicatieve offerte, konden we direct een afspraak maken om bij ons thuis in te meten. Een paar dagen later hadden we de maatwerk offerte al in onze mailbox. Heel vriendelijk en vakkundig personeel. Dakkapel is zoals beloofd in 1 dag gezet en netjes afgewerkt. Ik raad dit bedrijf aan iedereen die een dakkapel wenst.
After a clear indicative offer, we could immediately make an appointment to measure at our home. A few days later we already had the custom quote in our mailbox. Very friendly and professional staff. As promised, the dormer window was put in 1 day and neatly finished. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a dormer.

Op de afgesproken tijd belt er iemand van kantoor om te vertellen dat de afspraak niet doorgaat, met als redenen dat er geen parkeerplek bij ons in de straat was en dat ze geen dakkapellen plaatsen op de 2e of 3e verdieping. Ze waren vergeten om de satellietbeelden vooraf te bekijken. Met excuses... wij zoeken verder naar een ander bedrijf.
Made a month ago appointment. At the agreed time someone is calling from the office to tell us that the appointment will not take place, on the grounds that there is no parking space in our street and that they do not place dormer windows on the 2nd or 3rd floor. They had forgotten to preview the satellite images. With apologies ... we are looking for another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer blij met de eindresultaat. En ook met het proces zelf. De levertijd en prijs was beter dan bij de concurrenten. Offerte was snel gemaakt, allerlei opties toegevoegd tegen redelijke meerprijs.
Tijdens de hele traject (van offerte naar plaatsing) had ik duizenden vragen gesteld en alles was duidelijk en netjes beantwoord op telefoon, via email en persoonlijk tijdens het inmeten en plaatsen.
Plaatsing zelf duurde maar 4-5 uur. Was snel geregeld, netjes opgeleverd en schoon achtergelaten. De monteurs zijn de echte vakmensen met jaren ervaring.
Ik zou BM Daktechniek aan iedereen aanraden.
Very happy with the end result. And also with the process itself. The delivery time and price was better than with the competitors. Quotation was made quickly, all kinds of options added at a reasonable additional cost.
During the entire process (from quotation to placement) I had asked thousands of questions and everything was answered clearly and neatly on telephone, via email and personally during the measurement and installation.
Placement itself only took 4-5 hours. Was arranged quickly, neatly delivered and left clean. The fitters are real professionals with years of experience.
I would recommend BM Daktechniek to everyone.
