My delivery arrived in the morning as expected. The delivery man was professional and courteous. Very happy with the service received.

This is one of the worst transportation and delivery service ever. My order has been proposed twice for no reason, the truck driver lies telling he came and nobody was home, they lie with the delivery time. Avoid at all cost.

Im still waiting for my package to arive that I orderd 2 weeks ago. First they brought the wrong package and the right one is still missing.

Thank you so much to the delivery person for being so flexible today. Moving places is hard enough!

My bike need tobe picked up by this company. I left message to driver that i will be at home from 15:30. and then next day driver came at 8:00am........ And then new appointment making.. again I said to them I will be home AFTER 15:30. and then they came at 9am.......... Then I sent email to customer service(?!) Then man called me that he will make sure that it will be after 15:30.. and then driver came at 12pm...... and spoken to driver said that OK this is not funny anymore and after 15:30 any time is fine... so today I still expecting them to come. Now at 18:00 still not showing up. I've never use this company anymore.. bad communication, bad handling.....

They can loose really big packages!!! I have ordered a mattress. The retailer has chosen BMD transport to deliver it. It should have happened yesterday. So yesterday I worked home the whole day. All I have got is the paper "We hebben u gemist". The doorbell works fine. At least people from PostNL and Thuisbezorgd have no problem with using it. Today I have kept an eye on the track link to call them immediately in case if the situation happens again. They have failed delivery because the package was "not in the bus". So they have forgotten to put the MATRESS to the truck or the driver was not capable to find it (both sound ridiculous). After I have called them, they promised the delivery on Monday. It didn't happen. They didn't even send me the track number. When I have called them, they told me that it is planned for Tuesday. Indeed, on Monday night they have sent me the tracking number which contained a timeslot. However, on Tuesday morning I checked it again. It showed that the delivery is not planned yet... I have called them immediately and they told me that they have no idea why it happened. So it is not just worst transporting service ever, their customer service is not good too. Especially nice fact for me that I am sleeping now on the floor (just moved), so thanks to these guys, it will happen a few more nights... The conclusion: if you have a choice, choose another delivery service where the workers don't lose packages and the drivers are able to use the doorbells.

Received a tracking for a pickup, scheduled on a date we didn’t agree on. Mail said we can change this through a link… can’t be done. No decent contact info. Terrible and useless

How about you actually instruct your delivery people to bring the packages to the door rather than leaving them on the bottom floor of the building? My pregnant wife was supposed to carry a 50 kilo package all by herself because I was not at home to help her (the delivery was scheduled for 18-19 of Jan and it arrived today, the 13th). What the hell kind of service is this? Absolute joke!
