The total experience of dealing with BNA was good and professional.
Inital communication was over email and also got an appointment over email.
Total time taken to replace battery and do a test drive was just 35 minutes.
I will recommend this place for anyone looking to replace their car's hybrid battery.
This place is just 45 minutes drive from Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has a 2008 Honda. The OEM Honda Hybrid battery failed in 2017. BNA supplied a replacement which dutifully lasted until 2020 when the OEM Honda DC-to-DC converter also failed which required both to be replaced. BNA replaced both for a great price. They also have wonderful customer service and the guarantee is very good. We had one problem recently with "recalibration" (repetitive recharging due to imbalanced cells I think) and they replaced the pack under warranty. Highly recommended
