★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked appartments there 11-15 of May. But because of COVID situation Booking.com cancelled our reservation for free. That means that apartments must to return back our prepayment in 30 days. The host repsonded to us that they are not going to return back our money and we could make reservation in future. The issue is that we don't want to plan the vacation in Amsterdam in future. We wrote this to the host and after that they are ignoring our letters.
From my point of view, this is not the kind of reaction you expect from a hotel. We don’t even have the opportunity to leave a review of the hotel on booking.com because the reservation has been canceled. Please do not use the services of this accommodation otherwise you may be in a similar situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nicely situated hotel for visiting Amsterdam city.
We arrived at around midnight and were warmly welcomed (there was a late check in fee but was a reasonable 12,50€.
The room was clean and tidy with a huge bed. We also had use of the small kitchen where there was tea and real coffee for us.
The decoration is a little quirky.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest raillink and train M54 takes you to Amsterdam Centraal station for the princely sum of 3,20€
Despite being very close to the railway lines it was very quiet.
It is perfect for the AFAS arena which can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot.
Thoroughly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of August. Great service & great location. Can recommend walks to the 2 nearby lakes in the vicinity. Our room had a shared balcony with another and there is a common kitchen too. The rooms have nice artistic interiors. Overall can recommend it.
