★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetje erg duur. 4 uurtjes deze bus gehuurd, 120 euro huur en 8 euro diesel betaald. Nog geen 30 km me gereden. Jammer, zal hier niet vaker meer gebruik van maken. Wel heel snel de borg terug ontvangen.
 Bit very expensive. Rented this bus for 4 hours, paid 120 euros rent and 8 euros diesel. Didn't even drive 30 km. Shame, won't be using this again. Received the deposit back very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen zaterdag 6 november 2021 een Toyota Pro Ace gehuurd, in eerste instantie in Rhoon maar daar was hij niet voorradig maar na een nette communicatie van de kant van BoRent af hadden ze hem in Dordrecht gereserveerd!
Afgelopen zaterdag in Dordrecht aangekomen lagen de papieren en de sleutels klaar en kreeg ik een nette en prettig rijdende auto mee, heb ik bij andere verhuurbedrijven anders meegemaakt! En ook prettig dat mijn eigen auto na sluitingstijd achter het hek kon blijven staan! Vriendelijk personeel dus alles bij elkaar een aanrader!
Rented a Toyota Pro Ace last Saturday, November 6, 2021, initially in Rhoon but it was not in stock there, but after good communication from BoRent they reserved it in Dordrecht!
When I arrived in Dordrecht last Saturday, the papers and keys were ready and I was given a neat and pleasant driving car, which I have experienced differently at other rental companies! And also nice that my own car could remain behind the gate after closing time! Friendly staff so all in all highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. Got stuck inside following the instructions to exit because the door was faulty. After an unpleasant chat with the customer service they sent someone after 1:30 hour of waiting and charged me(!) for sending the guy to open the door and let out me and other customers that were stuck inside.
