Great location and the gem of the place is it's owner, Meirav. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional. from the first moment I walked into her lovely studio she was super attentive to my needs and my problem areas. she was able to guide me through a practice that was tailored to my requirements while constantly refining it based on my abilities. Thank you Meirav for best experience in Den Haag. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first became student of Meirav in 2010, when I was young and healthy. She was recommended by my colleague who was really happy that Meirav had cured her chronic back paid , restored her posture and relieved her pain.
In the same year I became a student of Meirav and she trained me very hard for almost 3 years. My mental and physical heath improved and we became good friends.
Somewhere in 2013 Meirav we lost touch a bit. I went to pursue my studies for 4 years. We remained connected on Facebook and once in while on WhatsApp.
I have been suffering from chronic back and neck pain and sleepless nights .End of 2019 by good chance I reconnected with the lovely Meirav after 6 plus years. And Its like we have never parted.
I am now training with her and tigether with her, we are building my body and strengthening it. I have not gone to my physiotherapist and masseuse since February 2020 (3 months).
I am very happy to recommend Meirav to all of you and tell you that the pain that I have suffered for the last 4/5 years and all physiotherapists and masseuses could not cure, Meirav has become my medicine.
Personally, she is my energy and power house. Meirav at body balance pilates is the best.
