One of the employees (woman, dark hair) is always so sour and unfriendly. Very unpleasant for the customer.

Nice thing, with professional staff who are always ready to help. Also very pleasant as a PostNL point.

Quite friendly, but not normally as slow as they are here. Therefore not suitable as a post NL and ING service point. They don't get it at all.
