★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: Excuses ontvangen, geld teruggestort en Boek.Menu heeft als goedmaker toch nog het boek (gratis) opgestuurd. Kon niet netter afgehandeld zijn.
Wel betaald, bedrag afgeschreven. Boek-menu zegt geen geld te hebben ontvangen. Mailtjes komen terug, want mailadres klopt niet. Telefonisch onbereikbaar, alleen voice-mail.
UPDATE: Apologies received, money refunded and Book. As a saving grace, Menu has still sent the book (for free). Couldn't have been handled more neatly.
Paid, debited amount. Book menu says not received any money. Emails come back, because email address is incorrect. Inaccessible by phone, only voice mail.
