L	Lydia lydia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boekenvoordeel die altijd gaat verhuizen. Maar wat hebben ze leuke dingen. Leesboeken voor volwassenen en kinderen. Veel dingen om uren te kunnen handwerken. En dvd een leuke film. Book advantage that is always moving. But they have nice things. Reading books for adults and children. Many things to do for hours. And a nice DVD movie.

Ook qua hobbyspullen/kleine cadeaus nog wel eens wat leuke spulletjes. Neat book discount store. Large selection of cookbooks, children's books and DVDs / Blurays. Also in terms of hobby items / small gifts to do some fun stuff.

Pas bij de kassa kom je er achter dat de actie geldt voor andere artikelen. Vervolgens zijn de medewerkers en zelfs het hoofskantoor niet meewerkend. Totaal niet het gevoel serieus genomen te zijn als klant. Ben met een heel vervelend gevoel uit deze winkel gelopen. Hopelijk is dit niet representatief voor andere BoekenVoordeel-winkels. Not good customer service. The action cards are listed with the wrong items and there is no correct description of the items. Only at the checkout you will find out that the promotion applies to other items. Subsequently, the employees and even the main office are not cooperative. Not at all the feeling of being taken seriously as a customer. Walked out of this store with a very unpleasant feeling. Hopefully, this is not representative of other Book Advantage stores.

Ben wel echt tevreden met de uitkomst hiervan. Zeer aangeraden! Good store, has good bargains. I just got 2 blu-ray movies for a cheap price. Customer service was nice and helpful. The prices were right. I am really satisfied with the outcome of this. Highly recommended!

D	Daisy Martens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij staan netjes buiten te wachten omdat er maar 4 personen binnen mogen zijn. Twee dames die aan komen gelopen negeren dit en lopen naar binnen. Als wij dan vervolgens ook naar binnen lopen en ze erop wijzen dat er een rij staat, vraagt de caissière ONS om buiten te wachten! Na uitleg gegeven te hebben, blijft ze er op aandringen dat wij naar buiten moeten. Oftewel lak hebben aan de regels loont, je aan de regels houden wordt bestraft, goed gedaan boekenvoordeel We are waiting outside because only 4 people can be inside. Two ladies who arrive ignore this and walk in. When we then also walk in and point out to them that there is a queue, the cashier asks US to wait outside! After explaining, she insists that we should go outside. In other words, disregarding the rules pays off, adhering to the rules will be penalized, well done book advantage
