Voor de bereiding van de kefir van De Anna Hoeve wordt uitsluitend rauwe melk gebruikt. In rauwe melk zitten veel voedingsstoffen, waaronder melkzuurbacteriën. Het gaat hier om gezonde bacteriën, die een gunstige uitwerking hebben op onze darmflora. Deze melk wordt niet gepasteuriseerd zodat de volledige werking van alle enzymen, vitaminen en mineralen behouden blijft. Kefir van De Anna Hoeve verzorgt, ondersteunt en optimaliseert onze lichaamsfuncties. Daarbij is de Kefir ook nog eens heerlijk van smaak!!! Ook Biekse bollen broodjes door Hein Raat van oerzuiver Tritodeum-meel uit een Spaans droomlandschap met rauwe kefir. Voorts organisch verbouwde groentes, fruit en uit de Weston Price visie vriezers vol vlees voor degenen .. afijn prachtige ruimte ook voor bijeenkomsten die klaar staat voor het ontvangen en delen van alle wijsheid uit de natuur.
