M	Ming Oeij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goed verzorgde kleine camping Diverse voorzieningen voor de kinderen zoals skelters aanhangwagen schommel zandbak waterpomp en speelveld De boer haalt in de namiddag de kinderen op die het leuk vinden om de dieren te verzorgen Zeer goede sanitaire voorzieningen met ook een wasmachine en een muziekje op de achtergrond en goed geïsoleerd . Camping is goed onderhouden en elke plaats heeft een waterkraan en elektra en sommige plaatsen een betegeld voorstuk. Als je aan de schuur staat en snachts een raampje open hebt is het net of iemand constant aan het afwassen is ( koeien in de stal) Limmen centrum is 5 minuten fietsen met AH en gall en Gall Very well cared for small campsite Various facilities for the children such as go-karts trailer swing sandpit water pump and playing field The farmer picks up the children in the afternoon who like to take care of the animals Very good sanitary facilities with a washing machine and music in the background and well insulated. The campsite is well maintained and every site has a water tap and electricity and some places have a tiled front. If you stand at the barn and have a window open at night, it is as if someone is constantly washing dishes (cows in the stable) Limmen center is 5 minutes by bike with AH and gall and Gall
D	Dick Ootes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij komen hier al wat vaker en zijn nog steeds heel tevreden. Ruime plekken met water en elektra. Een tegelplateau voor de voortent of luifel. En mooi en schoon sanitair gebouw dat goed wordt bijgehouden. De camping ligt net buiten het dorp en vlakbij de weg naar het strand wat 20 minuten fietsen is. Supermarkt in Limmen maar ook een groter winkelcentrum in Castricum zijn dichtbij. We have been coming here more often and are still very satisfied. Spacious pitches with water and electricity. A tiled platform for the awning or awning. And nice and clean sanitary building that is well maintained. The campsite is just outside the village and near the road to the beach which is a 20 minute bike ride. Supermarket in Limmen but also a larger shopping center in Castricum are close by.
H	HerrPull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig boeren camping voor geweldige prijs. Sanitair is erg goed en erg schoon en word elke dag schoongemaakt. Ook faciliteiten zoals speeldingen voor kinderen. Wat leuk is dat de eigenaren dol op kinderen zijn en die mogen dan ook mee de koeien en andere dieren voeren. Echt een aanrader en we komen zeker hier terug. Ook voor de fietsliefhebbers ligt alles op geweldig afstand. Great farmers camping for great price. Sanitary is very good and very clean and cleaned every day. Also facilities such as play things for children. What is nice is that the owners love children and they can also feed the cows and other animals. Really recommended and we will definitely return here. Everything is also great distance for cycling enthusiasts.
B	Bert Jan Korteschiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne camping met prettige gastvrouw en - heer. Goed gelegen t.o.v. fiets- en wandelroutes. Prima schoon sanitair. Ruime plekken. We stonden aan de rand met mooi uitzicht over de weilanden. Nice campsite with a pleasant hostess and gentleman. Well located for cycling and walking routes. Excellent clean bathrooms. Spacious places. We stood on the edge with a beautiful view over the meadows.
B	Bas Maassen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is een camping zoals ie hoort te zijn. Op en top sanitair dat goed schoon gehouden wordt. Zeer ruime plaatsen met elk stroom en water. Camping ligt op fietsafstand van Castricum, Alkmaar, Egmond en Bergen. Prachtige fietsroutes door de duinen en rond het Alkmaarder meer. Er komt regelmatig vliegverkeer over, op weg naar Schiphol. Je kunt merken dat deze in glijvlucht zijn. Geluid is niet storend. Spectaculair om te zien. Tot slot; camping de westert heeft eigenaren die vriendelijk en hulpvaardig zijn. Aanrader dus! This is a campsite as it should be. Top sanitary that is kept clean. Very spacious pitches, each with electricity and water. The campsite is within cycling distance of Castricum, Alkmaar, Egmond and Bergen. Beautiful cycling routes through the dunes and around the Alkmaarder lake. Air traffic regularly passes over on the way to Schiphol. You can notice that these are in gliding flight. Sound is not disturbing. Spectacular to behold. Finally; camping de westert has owners who are friendly and helpful. Recommended!

P	Peter Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a 5 week tour of France, Germany and now the Netherlands after arriving at Calais we feel that this is one of the best sites of our trip with beautifully modern and spotlessly clean inclusive facilities. Based on a working dairy farm and very short walk to a local bistro with buses and then trains into Amsterdam we couldn’t wish for more. To finish we are just now a short hop across to Hull in the UK once we make the 2 hour or so road trip to Rotterdam from here. Very highly recommended in all aspects.
