Een aanrader voor iedereen die het Limburgse heuvellandschap kan waarderen. Leuke wandelroutes die starten op 100 meter vanaf de camping. In Vijlen (1,5 km) is een kleine buurtwinkel voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. In Vaals (2 km) zijn allerhande supermarkten te vinden. A beautifully situated farm campsite with excellent (clean) facilities and great views. A must for anyone who can appreciate the Limburg hilly landscape. Nice hiking trails that start 100 meters from the campsite. In Vijlen (1.5 km) there is a small local shop for daily shopping. In Vaals (2 km) you can find all kinds of supermarkets.

Het is een boerderij camping en doet goed aan zijn naam: niet alleen hoor je koetjes op de achtergrond, ook geniet je van een prachtig uitzicht en kan je makkelijk met koetjes knuffelen als je langs de weg loopt. Het sanitair gebouw is ontzettend goed verzorgd, altijd keurig onderhouden. Er is een radio waaruit zachtjes muziek klinkt. De douche is niet onbeperkt, maar je hebt wel ruim voldoende douchetijd met kleine tussenpauzes. De camping zelf biedt veel wandelroutenkaarten aan, van licht naar zwaar qua intensiteit en ligt lekker hoog (waardoor je bijvoorbeeld ook niet overstroomd tijdens onnodig veel regen.. bijvoorbeeld ;)) Je kan tevens ook tijdschriften, boeken en films pakken. Voor maar 5 euro kan je je was laten wassen (of drogen, beide voor 5€) Ze hebben zelfs een biertje verkrijgbaar voor maar 1€ per stuk. Al om al een fantastische camping waar je maar geen genoeg van krijgt. Very well organized and clean campsite. It is a farm campsite and lives up to its name: not only do you hear cows in the background, you also enjoy a beautiful view and you can easily cuddle with cows as you walk along the road. The sanitary building is very well cared for, always neatly maintained. There is a radio from which music is played softly. The shower is not unlimited, but you do have more than enough shower time with small breaks in between. The campsite itself offers many hiking maps, from light to heavy in intensity and is nice and high (so that you do not get flooded during unnecessary rain, for example ;)) You can also grab magazines, books and movies. For only 5 euros you can have your laundry washed (or dried, both for 5 euros) They even have a beer available for only 1€ each. All in all a fantastic campsite that you just can't get enough of.

J	Jens Paries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for campers and tents on a beautiful farm. The managers Mr. and Mrs. Schrouff are very friendly, even to strangers. You find all you need for relaxing and have a quiet restful holiday in the middle of nature. Even if you arrive in the middle of the night. You like cows? Then you will love it here. Everything is well treated and clean, and it is kind of familary. It is hard to find such a nice place as this. I hope we will have the opportunity to visit this place again.And this time for longer. D	David Brindle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night in a small tent while hiking the Krijtlandpad. It was fairly full but the very friendly owners squeezed me on, in between attending to a new born calf! A really charming campsite.
