★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bogers heeft een prachtige showroom met een uitgebreid aanbod. Ook met lastige vragen wisten zij ons goed te adviseren. Uiteindelijk hebben wij voor een kunststof dakkapel gekozen. Vorig jaar laten plaatsen en nog steeds heel tevreden mee. Dikke aanrader dus!
 Bogers has a beautiful showroom with an extensive range. They were also able to advise us well with difficult questions. In the end, we opted for a plastic dormer. Had it installed last year and still very happy with it. So highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een dakkapel gekocht bij Firma Bogers. Deze hebben ze bij ons geplaatst. Tijdens montage op verschillende plekken in het huis schade aangebracht aan de muren. Bovendien is de dakkapel niet op de afgesproken hoogte geplaatst. Firma Bogers reageert niet op ons verzoek om wat te doen aan de schade/ het feit dat het dakkapel te laag is geplaatst. We hebben er zelfs een advocaat op gezet en nog steeds reageert Firma Bogers niet. Zwaar teleurgesteld. Wij hebben alles betaald, maar zijn niet tevreden met de montage (schade is aangebracht tijdens montage, product is te laag geplaatst) en Firma Bogers doet niks om ons verder te helpen. Advies aan anderen: blijf weg van dit bedrijf. Als de klant heeft betaald, zijn ze weg. Ze zijn helemaal niet bereid om te helpen. Waardeloos bedrijf.
We bought a dormer window from Firma Bogers. They have placed these with us. Damage caused to the walls during installation in various places in the house. In addition, the dormer window is not placed at the agreed height. Firma Bogers does not respond to our request to do something about the damage / the fact that the dormer window is placed too low. We even put a lawyer on it and Firma Bogers still doesn't respond. Sorely disappointed. We have paid for everything, but are not satisfied with the assembly (damage has been made during assembly, product is placed too low) and Firma Bogers does nothing to help us further. Advice to others: stay away from this company. Once the customer has paid, they are gone. They are not willing to help at all. Worthless company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier door de vorige bewoners een kozijn laten plaatsen door Bogerd op de eerste verdieping.
Op de eerste verdieping kregen wij lekkage, iets wat jaren gelekt heeft en de boel dusdanig verrot heeft dat het er beneden via het kozijn daar eruit kwam.
Contact gehad of ze wilde komen kijken, maar daar nemen ze de moeite niet eens voor. Koop nooit maar dan ook nooit een kozijn bij Bogers, ik heb werkelijk nog nooit z'n klein elwerk gezien. En iedereen maakt fouten, maar heb dan in ieder geval het fatsoen om het op te lossen.

Contacted if she wanted to come and have a look, but they don't even bother. Never, ever, ever buy a frame from Bogers, I've really never seen his small elwerk. Everyone makes mistakes, but at least have the decency to fix them.

NOOIT MEER.
Tijdens verkoop verloopt alles goed. Wordt er van alles beloofd. Na de eerste aanbetaling begint het. Wat ze beloven, zoals een dakraam verplaatsen kan opeens niet meer en moet een constructie tekening komen die meer dan €500 gaat kosten. Goed dat is opgelost na veel trammelant. Nu een kleine week voor het plaatsen van het dakkapel de laatste betaling gedaan, binnen 12uurtjes een mail gekregen dat er een typfout is gemaakt in de gekozen kleur!????? Typfout??? Nee hoor dat was de kleur die we hadden afgesproken. Daarna belt een medewerker om te zeggen dat het geen typfout is maar de kleur niet bestaat. Dus dat wij een dakkapel moeten nemen met twee kleuren, terwijl ze eigenlijk wisten dat de kleur niet bestaat??? Die bestaat wel want de buren hebben die kleur!!!!!!! Ipv normaal te reageren krijgen wij een mail met typfouten!!!
Bogers dormer windows?
NEVER AGAIN.

What they promise, such as moving a skylight is suddenly no longer possible and a construction drawing has to be produced that will cost more than € 500. Well that has been resolved after much trouble. Now a week before placing the dormer window the last payment has been made, received an email within 12 hours that a typo has been made in the chosen color!????? Typo??? No, that was the color we agreed. Then an employee calls to say it's not a typo but the color doesn't exist. So that we have to take a dormer window with two colors, while they actually knew that the color does not exist??? It does exist because the neighbors have that color!!!!!!! Instead of responding normally, we receive an email with typos!!!

De voormalige bewoners van ons huis hebben in 2019 een dakkapel laten plaatsen door Bogers. Sinds 2021 wonen wij in het huis en hebben enorm last van lekkages die te relateren zijn aan het dakkapel. Bij elke fikse regenbui worden de emmertjes en handdoeken voor de dag gehaald. Helaas neemt Bogers hiervoor niet de verantwoordelijkheid en wordt het niet opgelost.
Na eenmaal langs te zijn geweest was de lekkage niet verholpen. Een volgend bezoek bleef uit. Zodra je daarom vraagt, krijg je antwoorden als: 'we zitten vast met de planning', 'de garantie vervalt nadat de woning van eigenaar wisselt' en 'we kunnen geen garantie geven wanneer er zaken aangebracht worden (airco geplaatst)'. Dat laatste is in ons geval onmogelijk, want de lekkage vindt hoger plaats dan waar de airco hangt. Ook weigeren ze terug te komen om de destijds slechte afwerkingen op te lossen zoals op de foto is te zien.
Conclusie: Bogers wil niet garant staan voor het door hen geleverd product en doet er alles aan om zaken af te handelen in enkel en alleen hun voordeel.

The former residents of our house had a dormer installed by Bogers in 2019. We have been living in the house since 2021 and have suffered greatly from leaks that can be related to the dormer window. With every heavy rain the buckets and towels are taken out for the day. Unfortunately, Bogers does not take responsibility for this and it is not resolved.
After visiting once, the leak was not fixed. There was no further visit. As soon as you ask, you will get answers like: 'we are stuck with the schedule', 'the warranty expires after the property changes hands' and 'we can't give a guarantee when things are installed (air conditioning installed)'. The latter is impossible in our case, because the leakage takes place higher than where the air conditioning is installed. Also, they refuse to come back to fix the bad finishes at the time as shown in the photo.
Conclusion: Bogers does not want to guarantee the product delivered by them and does everything in its power to handle business for their benefit only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben goed en kundig advies over de verschillende dakkapel mogelijkheden gekregen. Ook werd er erg goed naar onze wensen geluisterd en netjes uitgelegd waarom sommige dingen beter wel en beter niet voor ons toepasbaar waren. De verkoper Jim B. hebben we meerdere malen aan de telefoon gehad om dingen af te stemmen. Zelfs toen er een foutje was met de offerte heeft hij dit netjes gecorrigeerd. De communicatie was prima, het was even radiostilte, maar uiteindelijk netjes ruim van te voren werd er contact gezocht over de datum van de plaatsing. Omdat er toen corona lockdown was is er nogmaals contact met ons gezocht over wat te doen en is er in samenspraak besloten de plaatsing door te laten gaan. De monteurs hebben de plaatsing vakkundig uitgevoerd, al heel vroeg in de ochtend stonden ze voor de deur. In no time was het dak eruit geramd (echte rauwdouwers) en om 12:15 waren ze klaar! Zeer verrast waren we met deze snelle plaatsing op locatie. Na een paar weken toen het allemaal er goed in zat en afgewerkt was er nog wat met de ramen dat ze afgestemd moesten worden. gebeld en binnen ene paar dagen stond een ouderen meneer voor de deer en heeft alles weer netjes afgestemd. Top! Onze buren gaan nu ook kijken of ze via Bogers gaan plaatsen! Bedankt Bogers. Familie Hernandez van de Weetering
We have received good and expert advice about the various dormer options. We also listened very carefully to our wishes and neatly explained why some things were better and better not applicable to us. We have had the salesperson Jim B. on the phone several times to coordinate things. Even when there was a mistake with the quote, he corrected it neatly. Communication was excellent, there was radio silence for a while, but in the end we contacted them well in advance about the date of the installation. Because there was corona lockdown then, we were contacted again about what to do and it was decided in consultation to continue the placement. The fitters carried out the installation professionally, they were at the door very early in the morning. In no time the roof was rammed out (real raw dowers) and at 12:15 they were ready! We were very surprised with this quick placement on location. After a few weeks when everything was in order and finished, there was still something with the windows that they had to be tuned. called and within a few days an elderly gentleman was standing in front of the deer and has everything neatly tuned again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was installed in August 2019, but we are only now finishing the work on that floor. And all Bogers did will make it really hard to do anything nice in that room. They left weight bearing beams in the middle even if my partner asked for those to be removed, and replaced with a solution that will avoid him bumping his head.
For the rest, there is no attention for detail. They used wrong braces size for one beam (picture 2), nothing is symmetrical, many double beams, most of which either are different size, with spaces in between.
TLDR: Just a mess and a huge disappointment.
Update, after Bogers reply:
1) Why did you reply in Dutch to someone that is clearly not fluent in your language?
2) That is incorrect, I have expressed dissatisfaction with many of the stages of the process of purchase (problems with permits), and installation. Furthermore what could you do if we expressed this to you in this format? The dormers were placed, and that's it. Additionally we already had to call the mechanic for the windows as most of them would not close anymore.
