★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, they are stressed, they are super busy and they don't care about you. The give the feeling that they make you a big favour to see you and you should be eternally grateful, even though in my case they didn't solve anything. The person on the telephone is indeed very arrogant and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctors (especially Prahl), although just like all orthodontist practices in Amsterdam, it's always very full: you have to wait a lot and the experience of being there is very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no time for you, they were late with delivering my treatment. Bad service, impossible to change an appointment without having a fight. Awful, I still need to finish my treatment there, so have no option but to play with their rules, but if you can, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my treatment here and had to change to a different practice. Here you hardly see the orthodontist, you are always treated by assistants who unfortunately don't have enough information and do the job wrong, which means that jobs have to be redone constantly. Additionally they are running totally over capacity: it si very difficult to make appointments for the check ups, which will make your treatment longer (and they do charge a monthly fee until the treatment is over). Finally every time I was there I had to wait an average of 30 min, and up even to 1.5h.
I agree, the woman at reception is extremely unpleasant and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looked after very well and quickly here. No complaints at all. Then when I took my daughter along to make an appointment she was treated extremely rudely by the receptionist. She was told to go back to her old orthodontist because 'we're not here to patch up your mistakes'. We had moved house and that was a ridiculous suggestion!! I objected to the way she spoke to my daughter and the receptionist eventually admitted they were full and couldn't take on new patients. INCREDIBLY RUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR service and humankind. Since they are full all the time, any change in the appointment is an opportunity to have a terrible experience with them and a delay on the treatment, they are not flexible and it seems they do not understand that teens schedule may change at last minute. My son's treatment is now delayed for more than a year because of their bad attitude, they simply don't care about the patient. It is a total dictatorship this place. I DON'T recommend it at all. It does not worth even a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rushed, impersonal service. Feels like an orthodontic assembly line. Mostly met by assistants. I was treated here for an overbite and crooked teeth some years ago, but looking back, causes of my chronic sleep apnea were never properly addressed, nor helped by orthodontic intervention. All in all, good bite but bitter aftertaste. I truly hope things have changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experienced the two years of treatment by Dr. Bokhout and her colleagues as satisfying and professional. An honest advice with a clearly stipulated treatment plan. This all with a super result, one that I still enjoy everyday day after two years.
