I want to give a shout out to Max at customer service. Amazing experience with a damaged item out of the box they are replacing immediately. Highly recommend ordering from Bol even if they cost a little more because of the after sales service. You cannot compare to Amazon which has almost zero after sales

works with delivery companies like POSTNL, wich is a company that doesnt deliver at home, they deliver to service points and then send out letters saying you werent home and need to pick up your parcel at the service points. even if you were home...

Generaly good service. I love the fact that the customer service actually works. They are reachable and truely helping if anything goes wrong. For a company this large that is quite unique.

Do not buy ebooks here! You are unable to open the ebook and unable to return the ebook or exchange it for the printed version. Terrible customer service. Rude, hanged up the phone. Unable to solve a problem adequately.

Based on my experience, Orders are delayed in bol.com most of the times. The website shows "order today will be delivered tomorrow" but that is not the case when you make the order. Why I should wait 4 working days for investigation while it was supposed to be delivered in one day? Next time I will definitely order from other websites like CoolBlue or Amazon. Very bad service!

Bad user experience, bad communication, bad customer service. Exceptional to score bad on all tree. My digital order was not delivered as promised. When reaching uit to support nobody answered. Few days later they cancelled my order and emailed me that they solved my issue.? Now waiting to receive my money back.

Discount on their websites are fake. I have tracked for a few month the prices of some articles that I wanted to buy. The prices go up than they make a discount but often they are still more expensive than the original prices. Always compare with Amazon and you will see the difference. My advice also dont’t compare with mediamarkt or coolblue since they align their prices so it is a bigger scam ….

just awful! they partner up with some scam sellers to sell you something and they never deliver it to you until you give up after a month or so and cancel your order! whenever you reach out to support team, they just tell you that everything will be fine within 2 working days, even though that they know for sure that the item will never be sent to you!
