Mevrouw bleef constant een boek aanbevelen dat ik moest kopen voor 30 euro en na een kopie ervan te hebben gelezen heb ik aangegeven dat deze methode niet bij mij zal werken. Daarna hebben ze besloten mij niet meer te helpen en dus geen andere methodes toegepast. Dit gebeurde onmiddelijk nadat ik dit aangaf via de post en verder niks meer over ze gehoord.
 Was badly helped here. Ms kept recommending a book that I had to buy for 30 euros and after reading a copy I indicated that this method will not work for me. After that they decided not to help me anymore and therefore did not use any other methods. This happened immediately after I indicated this by post and heard nothing more about them.
