★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen kerst mooie kaarsen van Bolsius gekocht. Helaas waren deze, achteraf door eigen fout, al snel volgelopen met kaarsvet en niet meer aan te krijgen. Na contact met Bolsius uitleg gekregen hoe je het langst plezier hebt van deze kaarsen en nieuwe kaarsen opgestuurd gekregen. Naast de mooie producten dus een ontzettend goede service waar menig concurrent een voorbeeld aan kan nemen!
Bought beautiful candles from Bolsius last Christmas. Unfortunately, due to their own fault, these were soon filled with candle wax and could no longer be worn. After contacting Bolsius, I received an explanation of how to enjoy these candles for the longest time and received new candles. In addition to the beautiful products, an incredibly good service that many a competitor can take as an example!
