★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben toch best al vaak in deze winkel geweest en kleding gekocht maar vandaag gebeurden iets heel geks bij de afdeling heren spijkerbroeken stond een mevr in een soort Pipo pak er was volgens haar geen modelletje in mijn maat spijkerbroek jammer ga zo door
I have been to this store quite often and bought clothes but today something very strange happened at the men's jeans department there was a Mrs in a kind of Pipo suit according to her there was no model in my size jeans too bad keep it up

Vandaar nu een dikke pluim.
Experience was less, my wife had indicated this. Bomont has taken the criticism to heart and resolved the issue.
Hence a big thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er liep genoeg personeel ( minimaal 4 ) en geen klanten in de winkel behalve wij, en toch vroeg niemand van het personeel of ze ons konden helpen toen we passende kleding aan het uitzoeken waren, jammer. Toen we zelf vroegen of ze een bepaald item hadden werd er ontkennend geantwoord maar geen aanbod voor alternatief te zoeken of wat dan ook.
There was plenty of staff (minimum 4) and no customers in the shop except us, and yet none of the staff asked if they could help us when we were looking for appropriate clothes, too bad. When we asked ourselves if they had a certain item, they answered in the negative but no offer to look for an alternative or anything.
