I ordered a bong 3 weeks ago and received my invoice and confirmation via email and the money was taken off of my account. But i never received my order. After 2 weeks i received an email asking me to review my order when i had nothing, i never even received a package tracking code. Then when trying to contact the company I called 5 times, no one picks up. Emailed, but no reply. Even send a message to their instagram but no response. I dont recommend this company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bong for for about 75euro and 6 days later I still havent even recieved a track abd trace or ANY other information. I tried to call MANY times and sent emails but no responce ! As i can see u dont care about your customers or any of that! People please dont order here cause they'll scam you and u will never see your product or money ever again. + plus they say they have over 500 bongs but like 90% is always out of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I already placed 2 orders with Bongify, and I'm super happy with the purchase experience. The shop has a good selection of glassware and accessories; the prices are fair; there are discounts and offers available, and a special "bonus" for the rebels ;). Orders were well-packaged and the shipping method was very good too.
In specific, these are some of the things I bought:
-Black Leaf grinder - great product, looks a bit like the Cali Crusher for a fraction of the price. Will see how it stands the test of time.
-Flamy torch lighter - great product, I have used many torch lighters and this seems one of the best. Again, will see what happens in time.
-Black Leaf bubbler with Ti nail - great product; some imperfections but hey, it's hand made. Works perfectly. Hopefully it will survive my greasy hands for at least a few months
-Quartz banger with insert - works great, nice and smooth
Both orders inlcuded a few freebies, which never hurts.
Overall, I really feel like recommending this shop for your glassware purchases. On my side, I'll definitely place more orders in the near future.
