Bonifatiuskerk bezoeken?
De Bonifatiuskerk is in juni, juli en augustus dagelijks open van 10.00-17.00 uur, wees welkom voor een moment van stilte, voor gebed en/of om een kaarsje aan te steken. Graag een rondleiding? Expositie 'Gemengd Bouquet'
Tot half augustus exposeert kunstenaar Anna Kramer uit Tynaarlo in de kerk. Klik hier voor meer informatie. U bent van harte welkom, dagelijks van 10.00 tot 17.00 uur.
Bonifatiuskerk Groen!
Vanaf 15 mei is de Bonifatiuskerk aangesloten bij Groene kerken in Nederland! Naast de deur van de kerk is het bordje bevestigd. De werkgroep 'Groene Kerk' informeert u regelmatig over het hoe en waarom op de site en in de Brug. Bezoek ook de landelijke website van groene kerken met heel veel informatie over de achtergronden! One of the oldest churches in Drenthe. Regularly also concerts and art exhibitions. Very nice ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Bonifatiuskerk is een Protestantse kerk. Dat soort kerken stellen dus niet al te veel voor. Geen versieringen en geen glas-in-lood-ramen. De schilderijen die er hingen, waren wel de moeite waard.
The Bonifatiuskerk is a Protestant church. So these kinds of churches are not too much. No decorations and no stained glass windows. The paintings that were hanging there were worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie romano gotische kerk met fraaie akoestiek. Nog romaanse raampjes in t schip van de kerk. Van binnen veel wit, mooie preekstoel en balkeplafond in t schip van de kerk. Een gotisch koor met spitsbogen en kruisribgewelven. Maar wij kwamen voor een barok concert en dan zit je in deze kerk gebakken.
Alles netjes en gastvrij geregeld door de koster, lekkere koffie en thee in de pauze en ook met 200 medebezoekers en zelfs helemaal achteraan krijg je het concert voortreffelijk mee.
Beautiful romano gothic church with beautiful acoustics. Still Romanesque windows in the nave of the church. Much white inside, beautiful pulpit and beamed ceiling in the nave of the church. A Gothic choir with pointed arches and rib vaults. But we came for a baroque concert and then you are baked in this church.
Everything neatly and hospitably arranged by the sexton, delicious coffee and tea during the intermission and with 200 fellow visitors and even at the very back you get the concert excellent.
