★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und unkompliziert! Lange direkt hinterm Deich und in 2min mitten in der Stadt - perfekt. Parkplatz auch kein Problem. Wir hatten beide Zimmer gemietet, und wir haben alle 4 gut geschlafen!. Negativ: Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen, die aber auch erst auf den zweiten Blick auffallen, wären mal wieder fällig. Die Raumaufteilung "alles in einem" ist bes. mit der Toilette gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das wussten wir ja auch vorher..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruime en rustige kamer, vriendelijke uitbaatster. Goed voor een rustig verblijf in Breskens. Maar voor mij een beetje een samenraapsel en wat afgeleefd.
 Spacious and quiet room, friendly manageress. Good for a quiet stay in Breskens. But for me a bit of a jumble and a bit tired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruime kamer met enkele keuken voorzieningen. Complete badkamer met douche en toilet hoort bij de kamer. Via de overloop te bereiken.
Minpuntje...er was gerookt in de slaapkamer. Zonde dat mensen dat doen terwijl een groot balkon met stoelen beschikbaar is.
Jacqueline is een vriendelijke gastvrouw. Strandpaviljoen en diverse horecagelegenheden zéér nabij. Da's heel fijn. Bruin café? Ga naar de platte knoop.
Spacious room with some kitchen facilities. Complete bathroom with shower and toilet belongs to the room. Accessible via the landing.
Minus ... there was smoking in the bedroom. Shame that people do that when a large balcony with chairs is available.
Jacqueline is a friendly hostess. Beach pavilion and various catering establishments very close by. That's very nice. Brown Cafe? Go to the square knot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Perfect location. Close to the restaurants, the beach, bike rentals, supermarket. Yet very quiet. No problem with parking, but once you park, you can forget about the car. Everything is so close. Very spacious and bright room. Nice Jacuzzi bathtub (though takes time to fill in). Very friendly and helpful owner.. Negative: Toilet located in the same room separated from the rest with just a paravan and a bookshelf. Not very comfortable to use it when someone else is in the same room... The room is big enough to use a little space and put some walls around the WC bowl to give some privacy..
