wij als bedrijf bestellen hier altijd onze broodjes!
wat ik zo fijn vind aan deze winkel, vriendelijk personeel, hygienisch en doelgericht.
zelfs voor iemand die niet gek op groenten is weet Sylvio mij toch altijd te verassen met precies dat wat ik wel lekker vind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een broodje gezond besteld, tot mijn verbazing zat er ineens ham op, waar ik niet voor had gekozen, op Thuisbezorgd staat er dat een broodje gezond uit: kaas, tomaat, komkommer, ei en sla bestaat. Ham is dus iets wat je als extra kan toevoegen, vanwege mijn geloofsovertuiging kan ik het niet eten.
Ik ging bellen zodat het probleem wordt opgelost, uiteindelijk kreeg ik een asociale meneer aan de telefoon die mij vertelde dat hij het ham niet zomaar weg kan toveren en dat ham er standaard bij hoort wat dus niet zo is. Een nieuwe broodje laten bezorgen kon niet want dan moest ik zelf opnieuw betalen. Dit is de eerste en ook de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel! Wat een onklantvriendelijk bedrijf zeg........
I had ordered a healthy sandwich, to my surprise it suddenly had ham on it, which I had not chosen, on Thuisbezorgd it says that a healthy sandwich consists of: cheese, tomato, cucumber, egg and lettuce. So ham is something you can add as an extra, because of my religion I can't eat it.
I went to call so that the problem is solved, in the end I got an antisocial gentleman on the phone who told me that he can't just conjure the ham away and that ham is standard, which is not the case. I couldn't have a new sandwich delivered because then I had to pay again. This is my first and last time ordering from here! What an uncustomer friendly company.....
