★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duidelijke site en goede dienstverlening. Wel ben je een beetje afhankelijk van degene die het boek verstuurd. De verpakking liet te wensen over, maar daar kan Bookmatch niet veel aan doen. Wellicht hierop extra wijzen. De mogelijkheid om het terug te sturen is er wel, maar helaas niet gratis. Een aanbevelenswaardige site.
 Clear site and good service. You are a bit dependent on the person who sends the book. The packaging left something to be desired, but Bookmatch can't do much about that. You may want to point this out further. The option to return it is there, but unfortunately not for free. A recommendable site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meerdere boeken bij één verkoper gekocht, maar die liggen ondertussen in de kachel. De enige meerwaarde was dat we er nog even warm van konden zitten, maar dat was dan ook alles.
Even de korte versie: De boeken die binnen kwamen waren super slordig. Beschadigd, bladzijde missen, veel vouwen en er is ook op vele pagina's geschreven. De verkoper omschreef de boeken 'als nieuw', maar dit is alles behalve 'als nieuw'. Wie controleert dit? En waarom liegen over de staat van het aangeboden product? Echt schofterig!
Contact gezocht met Bookmatch die neemt geen verantwoording, en schuift alles van zich af. Bookmatch wil NIET meedenken, ondanks ze inmiddels meerdere kansen hebben gekregen. Alle gegevens zijn bekend: Wie, wat, waar, waarom, wanneer & hoe.
Dus een wel verdiende review!
Bought several books from one seller, but they are now in the stove. The only added value was that we could sit warm for a while, but that was all.
Just the short version: The books that came in were super sloppy. Damaged, page missing, many folds and there is also writing on many pages. The seller described the books as 'as new', but this is anything but 'as new'. Who controls this? And why lie about the condition of the product offered? Really rude!
Contacted Bookmatch who takes no responsibility, and shifts everything from itself. Bookmatch does NOT want to think along, even though they have been given several opportunities in the meantime. All data is known: Who, what, where, why, when & how.
So a well deserved review!
