★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bookstore itself is cute, but the woman helping me was quite rude. When I asked for a bag, she commented that I should have brought my own bag, while reluctantly handing me a plastic bag. Maybe switch to paper bags and keep those comments to yourself if you want to have your customers coming back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along with many others who left a one-star review (it's a shame you can't leave zero stars), I too received such an awful customer service experience here that I felt compelled to leave a review.
Perhaps if you need to begrudgingly become a pick-up point for packages to supplement your poor book-selling business, just to be mean and bigoted to unsuspecting people coming into your shop, then it's better if you stay home and rot there by yourself.
