Zeker in huidige tijden is dit een uitzondering, ze komen alle afspraken na en leveren binnen de afgesproken termijn. Wij hadden helaas een tafel gekregen waarvan het blad niet goed was, dit was opgelost zonder gedoe en zoals het hoort. Een voorbeeld voor vele bedrijven! An exceptionally good company! Extremely helpful, friendly and delivers on time. This is an exception, especially in current times, they meet all agreements and deliver within the agreed term. Unfortunately, we had been given a table whose top was not good, this was solved without hassle and as it should be. An example for many companies!

Dit in combinatie met een eiken houten plank van Boomstam-tafels.com. Meerdere keren via mail en telefonisch contact gehad (vrijwel iedere keer met Fleur) en werd steeds keurig te woord gestaan en geholpen. In verband met de feestdagen rekende wij op levering in januari, maar uiteindelijk werd er geleverd op maandag 21 december. Helaas bleek de inkeping voor de snoeren aan de verkeerde zijde gemaakt. Erg jammer natuurlijk maar Boomstam-tafels.com presteerde het om nog voor kerst een nieuwe plank te leveren! Erg blij met onze nieuwe inrichting en met de kwaliteit en service van Boomstam-tafels.com. After much deliberation, we decided to choose a Besta hack setup for an upgrade of our home furnishings. This in combination with an oak wooden plank from Boomstam-tafels.com. Had contact several times by email and telephone (almost every time with Fleur) and was always neatly spoken to and helped. Due to the holidays we expected delivery in January, but in the end delivery was made on Monday 21 December. Unfortunately, the notch for the cables turned out to be made on the wrong side. Very unfortunate of course, but Boomstam-tafels.com managed to deliver a new plank before Christmas! Very happy with our new interior and with the quality and service of Boomstam-tafels.com.

Tevreden met mijn aanschaf en de afhandeling daarvan. Although it is located on a 'special' business park, the inside of the company is a modern sawmill, where they make beautiful things. Satisfied with my purchase and the handling thereof.

Vriendelijke medewerkers in de werkplaats en via de telefoon waren Kim en Fleur naast erg klantvriendelijk ook vooral erg gduldig met mij als wat kritische klant. Vragen werden prima beantwoord en z.n met extra mail/foto's toegelicht. Zeer tevreden met onze tafel, welke al na een week klaar was ipv de genoemde 4 weken. Geweldig dus! Aanrader. What a pleasant place with beautiful furniture. Friendly employees in the workshop and over the phone, Kim and Fleur were not only very customer-friendly, but also very patient with me as a somewhat critical customer. Questions were answered well and explained with extra mail / photos. Very satisfied with our table, which was ready after a week instead of the aforementioned 4 weeks. So great! Recommended.

Het badmeubel hangt in onze nieuwe badkamer en werkt super! Echt een eye catcher, ben er blij mee Very satisfied with the service and quality! The materials they use and how the table top is made is amazing. Why I initially gave two stars is that the information about the delivery they provided was not correct. Therefore we had to pay 150 Euro to get the table carried upstairs and be assembled. That caused me frustration but now we are really happy with both the table and the bench. They claim it was always clear about the delicery so than you and up in a yes/no discussion.
