About Boomstamrestaurant Het Heemse
Wij zijn de gebroeders Peter en René Wortelboer.
In 2004 zijn wij samen met onze vader in het Overijsselse Vechtdal neergestreken om een restaurant te beginnen in een uniek gebouw wat geheel opgebouwd is uit boomstammen.
Peter zorgt in de keuken, samen met zijn team, voor een hoog culinair niveau.
René zorgt, samen met zijn team, op een spontane en ontspannen manier voor dat u zich thuis voelt en dat het u aan tafel aan niets ontbreekt.
