Ordered a Jumpstarter in the afternoon and received it the next day. That's what you want when starting problems. Great device and good service.

Niks op aan te merken, alles perfect verlopen, ondanks sommige negatieve ervaringen van anderen, kan ik die niet beamen. Goede winkel! Called in advance to see if product was in stock and then ordered immediately. The starter booster was delivered the next day. Nothing to complain about, everything went perfectly, despite some negative experiences from others, I can not agree. Good shop!

Ik ben de accu nu aan het uittesten in combinatie met een Victron Multiplus lader/omvormer. Aangezien het een Lithium accu betreft heb ik de exacte waarden nodig om de laadcyclus zo precies mogelijk af te stellen. De op te vragen handleiding was niet specifiek en volledig genoeg. Ik nam contact op met Bootman en ben uitstekend geholpen. Kennis van zaken is aanwezig! Compliment! Bootman nam contact op met de leverancier en zo kreeg ik snel de exacte waardes voor de optimale instelling van de laadcyclus van de Lithiumaccu. I recently bought a Voltium Lithium battery from Bootman to use in my motorhome. The product was delivered correctly, well packed and very on time. I am now testing the battery in combination with a Victron Multiplus charger/inverter. Since it is a Lithium battery, I need the exact values to adjust the charging cycle as precisely as possible. The manual to be requested was not specific and complete enough. I contacted Bootman and received excellent help. Expertise is present! Compliment! Bootman contacted the supplier and I quickly got the exact values for the optimal setting of the charging cycle of the lithium battery.

Nu kost het hun zelfs teveel moeite om een DPD retourlabel te voorzien & dus alles op eigen kosten moet terugsturen ... Service 5/10 (reacties waren altijd heel vlot) Such a shame. Battery & accompanying charger ordered. 2x recharged and battery defective. Now it even costs them too much effort to provide a DPD return label & therefore have to return everything at their own expense ... Service 5/10 (responses were always very prompt)

I had to pick it up myself, because the delivery would have took a lot more time and there was no option to pick it up by the post office. But it's ok I thought, I have to work for my kayak a bit. I went from Amstelveen to Utrecht. The kayak itself was low quality, I could see it when I opend up the box, but wanted to give it a chance and took it for a ride. 20 minutes in the amsterdamse bos was enough to make me open the bootman website and see how can I return this product. I had to print out a paper which I should have read properly, because it said if a product has ever been used it cant be returned.... it never happend with bol.com for example. I dont get it how they expect us costumers to know if we like a product when we dont see it when we pay for it. It touched the water once and they didn't want to take it back. Only positive note is the man who explaind to me why they can't take the kayak back. The policy is non sense, but the guy dealing with the costumers was a very polite and professional man. If you want a kayak buy ot from bol.com!
