Enorme wachttijden, later van je verzekeraar rekeningen krijgen van producten die je reeds betaald heb, en ik heb onlangs meer dan 50 euro moeten betalen voor een product dat ik bij een gelijke hoeveelheid voor 22.50 in de drogist had kunnen krijgen. it couldn't be worse. Huge waiting times, later getting bills from your insurer for products that you have already paid for, and I recently had to pay more than 50 euros for a product that I could have gotten in the drugstore for an equal amount before 22.50.
B	Bas Monster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn er behoorlijk traag! 35 minuten mogen wachten met 6 wachtende voor mij en 3 personeelsleden. Vervolgens waren ze het recept vaag de dokter kwijt en kreeg ik niets mee, de dokter nog digitaal verstuurd maar dit accepteerden ze ook niet. Na 45 minuten ging ik weer met lege handen naar huis. Voor mij de laatste keer dat ik hier ben gekomen. They are pretty slow there! May wait 35 minutes with 6 waiting for me and 3 staff members. Then they vaguely lost the prescription of the doctor and I got nothing with it, the doctor still sent it digitally but they did not accept this either. After 45 minutes I went home empty-handed. For me the last time I came here.

Een half jaar geleden plaszakjes voor onze dochter gekocht, die waren ruim over datum. Toen hebben ze me nieuwe meegegeven die nóg ouder waren. Hoe is het mogelijk dat er zulke foute worden gemaakt bij deze apotheek. Een plaszakje is tot daar aan toe maar verkeerde doseringen geven kan echt niet! What a ball tent. Today I picked up new medication with the wrong dosage for morning and evening !! Bought pee bags for our daughter six months ago, they were well over date. Then they gave me new ones that were even older. How is it possible that such a mistake is made at this pharmacy. A pee bag is so far but giving the wrong doses is really not possible!

Ze kon mij niet helpen wat niet geeft maar dat kan vriendelijker gezegd worden. Niet echt blij met haar baan denk ik. Ik ben terug gebeld door een medewerkster van de apotheek waterlandplein, een hele vriendelijke dame. Gesprek deed mij goed. Asked by phone about a medical aid, a very unfriendly woman got on the phone. She couldn't help what doesn't matter but that could be said more nicely. Not really happy with her job I guess. I was called back by an employee of the pharmacy waterlandplein, a very friendly lady. Conversation did me good.
H	Hermen van Laar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hangen op vrijdag doodleuk een briefje op met de mededeling dat de medicijnkluis storing heeft. Maandag mag je weerkomen. En verder mag je het zelf uitzoeken. Zie maar hoe je aan je nodige medicatie komt. Geen verdere info wat dan ook. En dit is niet de eerste keer bij deze apotheek. Casually hang up a note on Friday with the announcement that the medicine safe is malfunctioning. You can come back on Monday. And you can figure it out yourself. See how you get your necessary medication. No further info whatsoever. And this is not the first time at this pharmacy.
Y	Yara Van amstel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een verschrikkelijk apotheek mijn zus ging haar medicijnen ophalen ze hebben haar zo slecht behandeld want ze kan niet zo goed Nederlands spreken ze hebben van haar een leugenaar gemaakt Dat ze ieder heeft haar medicijn opgehaald ze moest huilen van het verdriet. Heb hun net gebeld om om een uitleg te krijgen Heb aan het telefoon een heel onaardige vrouw gekregen die heeft alles ontkend dat N ze begint tegen me ook te schreeuwen . Heb meerdere buuren gesproken over het gedrag van de personeel daar niemand heeft een goede word over hun. Ze kregen daar een gevoel dat ze daar eigen medicijnen aan het bedelen kortom een schande ze moet zich schamen. Just called them to get an explanation Got on the phone a very unkind woman who has denied everything that N she starts yelling at me too. Have talked to several neighbors about the behavior of the staff as no one has a good word about them. They got the feeling that they were begging their own medicines there, in short, a shame, they should be ashamed.

And if not the assistant of prescribing medic was the one not sending prescriptions and letting me call then and thus again a good hour on hold. You did poor and pharmacist assistant or owner, asking me irrelevant questions. I am not a child and I do not condone such behaviour. I will terminate our connection soon, as never I was given an excuse that they did lot look well enough in inbox or fax or whatever. not even excuses where given after they found it that after many calls they found it... no an other, was faulty... terrible Prescriptions lost, blaming the prescriber for "not" having sent the prescriptions. I will take stars away. Never again this pharmacy!
