C	Charl leroi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mensen bij deze waarschuw ik u dat boottotaal eigenlijk totaal niets op voorraad heeft. Zelfs een maand na mijn order had ik slechts 1 van de 5 artikelen binnen. Uiteindelijk order geannuleerd en mijn geld terug gekregen. Echt niks bestellen daar, waardeloos. Folks here I warn you that boat total actually has absolutely nothing in stock. Even a month after my order, I only received 1 of the 5 items. Eventually order canceled and got my money back. Really don't order anything there, worthless.
V	V. Koudijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slechte service!!! In het voorjaar heb ik een fluistermotor en accu als complete set gekocht. Na een tijdje bleek de accu steeds verder terug te gaan en heb ik deze naar een accu bedrijf gebracht om te laten meten. Daar hoorde ik dat er een startaccu was geleverd ipv een semi-tractie accu. Daarna contact gehad en teruggebracht omdat boottotaal een eigen keuring wilde laten doen. Ik zou de accu dan een week moeten missen. Inmiddels heb ik 4x moeten bellen/mailen wat de status is. Hij is opgestuurd naar hun leverancier voor de accu maar daarna niets meer gehoord....zeer frustrerend. Nu 4 dagen geleden weer een keer gemaild en ook na veel geduld aangegeven dat ik het echt beu ben maar nog steeds geen oplossing....het is inmiddels bijna 4 weken geleden dat ik de accu heb gebracht voor een meting. What a bad service !!! In the spring I bought a whisper motor and battery as a complete set. After a while the battery turned out to go back further and further and I took it to a battery company to have it measured. There I heard that a starter battery had been delivered instead of a semi-traction battery. After that we had contact and returned because boat total wanted to have its own inspection done. I would have to miss the battery for a week. In the meantime I have had to call / email 4x what the status is. It was sent to their supplier for the battery but after that nothing more was heard .... very frustrating. Now e-mailed again 4 days ago and after a lot of patience indicated that I am really tired of it but still no solution .... it has now been almost 4 weeks since I brought the battery for a measurement.

I am super satisfied with boat total. everything ordered super fast delivery. I had a problem with the radio just called and a new one was sent to it thank you so much

Helaas moest ik na een week er zelf achteraan gaan omdat ik nog niks gehoord heb. Uiteindelijk heb ik 5 keer telefonisch contact gehad met Boottotaal, de medewerkers waren wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na enige verwarring is mijn bestelling een uur voordat ik weg moest binnen gekomen, ik heb meerdere malen op het punt gestaan om de bestelling te annuleren en ergens anders te bestellen. Maar het ging net op tijd goed, dit soort akkefietjes blijken gelukkig een uitzondering te zijn. I ordered my order two weeks in advance to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, after a week I had to go after it myself because I haven't heard anything yet. In the end I had contact with Boottotaal 5 times by phone, the employees were very friendly and helpful. After some confusion my order arrived an hour before I had to leave, I have been about to cancel the order several times and order somewhere else. But it went well just in time, these kinds of mishaps fortunately turn out to be an exception.

Na melding en documentatie (met fotos) van dit probleem werd dit stuur zonder discussie vervangen . Eerst kreeg ik het nieuwe stuurwiel en stuur dan pas het oude in retour (kwestie van niet stuurloos te zijn) . Keurige naservice en communicatie ! Ordered a nice wooden steering wheel from Allpa last year. Unfortunately it broke within a year. After reporting and documentation (with photos) of this problem, this steering wheel was replaced without discussion. First I got the new steering wheel and only then send the old one back (a matter of not being rudderless). Neat after-service and communication!

En het resultaat mag er zijn, een mooi en degelijk servies. Lijkt net echt glas en porselein! Zijn prijs echt waard! Super tevreden over de service, mijn 14 delig servies was niet meer in voorraad, alhoewel op de site stond van wel! Na telefonisch contact, kreeg ik het voorstel om het 25 delig servies met slakom aan dezelfde prijs te ontvangen dan het 14 delig servies, daar het het laatste stuk was. Als dat geen sevice is! Heb ondertussen het bijpassend bestek en borrelglaasjes besteld! Mails worden binnen de dag beantwoord, en zijn via telefoon goed bereikbaar! Wij zijn alvast zeer tevreden! After a long search for a solid and beautiful service, I always ended up with boat total! Thought it was quite pricey, but after much hesitation still ordered. And the result is there, a beautiful and solid service. Looks like real glass and porcelain! Really worth its price! Super satisfied with the service, my 14-piece crockery was no longer in stock, although the site said it was! After telephone contact, I was offered the proposal to receive the 25-piece service with salad bowl at the same price as the 14-piece service, as it was the last piece. If that's not sevice! In the meantime I ordered the matching cutlery and shot glasses! Mails are answered within the day and are easily accessible by telephone! We are already very satisfied!
