Het is een klein bedrijf dus het kan goed zijn dat de eigenaar er even niet is.
Maar ik had geluk en werd zeer vriendelijk geholpen.
De kwaliteit ziet er zeer goed uit zeker voor de prijs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoekend naar een oplossing om mijn boot netjes boven water te kunnen stallen (om te voorkomen dat er algenaangroei optreedt) alsook een mooie plek voor de wintermaanden te kunnen realiseren, ben ik uitgekomen op de website van boottrailer-onderdelen. Daar biedt men een zogenaamd 'havenbok' aan als oplossing voor mijn situatie. Na telefonisch contact met de eigenaar van de zaak (Jan) gehad te hebben om wat specifieke wensen door te spreken om het standaard havenbok aangepast te krijgen, is Jan aan de gang gegaan om het systeem te lassen en te galvaniseren. Erg fijn om ook tussentijds een appje te krijgen met een foto van de voortgang. Waar vind je als consument dit soort service nog (dat je actief op de hoogte gehouden wordt)? Binnen een paar weken werd de havenbok geleverd en heb ik deze netjes geinstalleerd op houten palen boven het water. De afterservice van boottrailer-onderdelen is netjes te noemen. Een kleine onvolkomenheid aan het systeem werd netjes op locatie gerepareerd. Ik moest er even op wachten ivm vakantietijd, maar uiteindelijk is het supernetjes opgelost. Top.
Looking for a solution to be able to store my boat neatly above water (to prevent algae growth) and to realize a nice place for the winter months, I came across the website of boat trailer parts. There they offer a so-called 'haven trestle' as a solution for my situation. After having had telephone contact with the owner of the business (Jan) to discuss some specific wishes in order to have the standard harbor rack adjusted, Jan started to weld and galvanize the system. Very nice to also receive an app with a picture of the progress in the meantime. Where can you, as a consumer, still find this kind of service (that you are actively kept informed)? The harbor trestle was delivered within a few weeks and I installed it neatly on wooden poles above the water. The after service of boat trailer parts can be called neat. A minor flaw in the system was neatly repaired on site. I had to wait for it because of vacation time, but in the end it was solved super neatly. Top.
