★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een vriendelijke ontvangst met een goede uitleg heerlijk gevaren op de binnenwateren. En net de goede tip van de eigenaresse in de huiskamer van Visvliet gezellig koffie gedronken en een ijsje gegeten. Kortom een heerlijke middag gehad. Een aanrader voor wie hier op vakantie is!
 After a friendly welcome with a good explanation, we sailed wonderfully on the inland waterways. And just the good tip from the owner in Visvliet's living room, drank coffee and ate an ice cream. Overall a lovely afternoon. A must for those who are here on holiday!

Quick answers to questions. There was a lot of wind on the day we reserved, so we were able to reschedule the reservation free of charge. Had a great day thanks to this top service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijke boottocht gehad op het lauwersmeer! We hadden een console boot met comfortabele rondzit. Vriendelijke verhuurders die ons duidelijke instructies meegaven en vaarroutes waren ook aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!
Had a wonderful boat trip on the Laurelsmeer! We had a console boat with comfortable round seating. Friendly landlords who gave us clear instructions and sailing routes were also present. Highly recommended!

Gelegen aan een rustige vaart, een klein halfuur varen vanaf Zoutkamp, het schitterende Lauwersmeer binnen bereik. Kort en goed: alles wat we van je van een botenverhuur verwacht.
Quick response to our question, friendly and quick help, clear explanation, good advice about routes and sailing times, great boat. Located on a quiet canal, half an hour sailing from Zoutkamp, the beautiful Lauwersmeer within reach. In short: everything we expect from you from a boat rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend this place for a boat trip in the beautiful Reitdiep area. The owners are super friendly and have great advice about nice routes. Boats are clean and there are some economic as well as slightly more luxurious options. They accept both cash and card payments. On sunny days it might be wise to call to check for availability of boats.

We were really lucky to find a boat without a reservation but I strongly recommend everyone to make one just to be on the safe side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a native New Yorker and avid traveler I was always led to believe that the Dutch were honest, good natured people. However, I was taken aback by the owner of this particular company who tried to scam us for a portion of our down payment, by claiming that he observed new scratches on his boat after we docked. I also noticed he was very selective in which boat was to be examined for inspection. It was a new and different experience for me in The Netherlands. If you are an out of towner be careful and keen...The 2 stars are for the calm boat ride which was spoiled upon our return.
