β β β β β Indien u juridische bijstand nodig heeft bent u bij Advocatenkantoor Bos aan het juiste adres. Dit kantoor bestaat uit een team gedreven advocaten met veel juridische expertise Γ©n met het hart op de juiste plek.
De afgelopen periode ben ik succesvol bijgestaan door mr. M. Bathoorn tijdens een complexe bezwaarprocedure bij het UWV. De zaak betrof een meningsverschil over (duurzame) arbeidsongeschiktheid, WIA-WGA 80-100% versus WIA-IVA 100%. Ik heb ervaren hoe belangrijk het is om bijgestaan te worden door een advocaat met, in mijn geval, veel kennis van het Arbeidsrecht en Sociaal zekerheidsrecht. Ondanks ondersteunde stukken vanuit de behandelende sector is juridische en specialistische kennis noodzakelijk gebleken om het gelijk aan mijn zijde te krijgen.
Mr. Bathoorn was, na het bestuderen van mijn dossier, eerlijk over mijn kansen, wel zo fijn. Ook de samenwerking was uitstekend zoals bv. bij het schrijven, aanvullen, wijzigen van het bezwaarschrift maar ook tijdens de zitting / hoorzitting.
Praktische zaken: Communicatie vond voornamelijk plaats via de mail, telefonisch of via beeldbellen en indien echt nodig op locatie. Wel zo handig omdat ik op een klein uur rijden van Noordwijkerhout / de Bollenstreek woon. Het kantoor is goed bereikbaar en er is voldoende en gratis parkeergelegenheid. Ondanks dat het een historisch pand is, is er een lift aanwezig.
Kortom, ik heel erg blij dat ik i.d.t. contact heb opgenomen met Mr. Bathoorn. Het gaf mij sowieso al mentale rust dat er tijdens de procedure een goede advocaat naast me stond met kennis van zaken. Zonder Mr. Bathoorn was het gewenste resultaat niet behaald.
Mogelijk kan hij of één van zijn collegaβs u ook bijstaan (i.v.t. met gesubsidieerde rechtsbijstand) en uw zaak succesvol bepleiten.
