Het zal heus wel dat in het westen de mentaliteit anders is, maar wat een verademing is dit dus. Ik woon helaas niet in de buurt, heb geen connecties met het bedrijf, post nooit reviews…. Maar nu moest het gewoon …. Waarom ? Omdat het opvalt dat je goed geholpen wordt, duidelijkheid is en ik een leuke auto heb gekocht ! Dank! Omdat dit een goed en vertrouwd adres is. Tja, zoek maar eens een fijne, betrouwbare garage die de service levert die ik belangrijk vind... Eerste bezoek: Xenonlamp van m'n Volkswagen ging kapot. Ik heb een model VW wat niet bijzonder veel voorkomt en dacht: voor dit probleem hoef ik niet 45 minuten heen en weer te rijden naar mijn vertrouwde garage. Dit kan een andere partij ook wel oplossen. Via wat reviews op t web te hebben gelezen uitgekomen bij Bosch Car Service Peters. Afspraak gemaakt en de auto gebracht. Bleek niet alleen de xenonpit te zijn die de geest had gegeven maar de hele lichtunit moest vervangen worden. Deze zijn nogal prijzig. Theo (werkplaatsreceptie) heeft alle mogelijke reparatieopties met me doorgenomen. Daarbij erg duidelijk met prijzen e.d. Unit besteld en deze is netjes ingebouwd. De rekening viel 100% mee en het gevoel wat ik aan dit bezoek overhield was erg positief. Hierna nog diverse malen terug geweest voor reparaties en regulier onderhoud. Eerder genoemde kwaliteit is tijdens al deze bezoeken hoog geweest. Een goede garage (inmiddels nooit meer ergens anders geweest) met bekwame medewerkers en monteurs. Er wordt met je meegedacht, en de uitleg na reparatie of onderhoud is duidelijk. The bill was 100% not that bad and the feeling I got from this visit was very positive. After this I went back several times for repairs and regular maintenance. The quality mentioned above has been high during all these visits. A good garage (never been anywhere else) with skilled employees and mechanics. We think along with you, and the explanation after repair or maintenance is clear.
