โ โ โ โ โ Niets dan lof over dit bedrijf; zij hebben me geweldig geholpen. Ik werd tot twee keer toe geconfronteerd met een lege accu. Notabene op zaterdag. Ik kreeg de eigenaar (van de vestiging in Vorden) aan de lijn en dienodigde me uit om langs te komen nadat de pechhulp was langsgeweest om de auto op te starten. Daar aangekomen heeft de eigenaar (Groot Jebbink) me zรฉlf geholpen om het stroomlek op te sporen en om te achterhalen wat er gedaan moest worden. Hij heeft toen enkele noodzakelijke maatregelen getroffen en vertelde me dat ik de maandagmorgen daarop meteen in de Zutphense vestiging terecht kon op het probleem te laten verhelpen. Ik hoefde voor zijn hulp en advies niet eens te betalen! Vanaf dat moment heb ik geen lege accu meer gehad en werd ik de maandag daarop perfect verder geholpen door medewerkers in de Zutphense vestiging. Ik heb besloten dat mijn auto hier in onderhoud blijft en dat ik hier voortaan ook de APK-keuring en eventuele reparaties laat doen. Fijne ervaring met dit bedrijf!
Nothing but praise for this company; they helped me a lot. I was confronted twice with an empty battery. Note on Saturday. I got the owner (from the branch in Vorden) on the line and invited me to come by after the roadside assistance had stopped to start the car. When I arrived there, the owner (Groot Jebbink) helped me to detect the current leak and to find out what had to be done. He then took some necessary measures and told me that the following Monday morning I could go straight to the Zutphen branch to have the problem remedied. I didn't even have to pay for his help and advice! From that moment on, I no longer had an empty battery and the following Monday I was perfectly assisted by employees in the Zutphen branch. I have decided that my car will be serviced here and that from now on I will also do the MOT inspection and any repairs here. Great experience with this company!

โ โ โ โ โ Twee keer telefonisch contact gehad vanwege Autohopper. Netjes te woord gestaan. Medewerkers zijn vroeg aanwezig en correct aan de telefoon.
