★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite restaurant on planet Earth. Family run with high quality products and service. Every person should order themselves a Belgian waffle with fresh fruit over here. It's to die for. Yet, best of all is the location. At a mere 7 minute walk to the beach, it's perfectly situated and a lot cheaper than the beach pavilion. The ambiance is great, with the conservatory being lined with real grapes. Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff. Beautiful terrace under an old vine (with real grapes!).
Convenient location along beautiful cycle routes.

You normally have to wait for a table but the result is well worth the wait.
I must deduct a star due to the following experience...after a return visit my wife had a drink served in a glass with lipstick stains on it...after bringing this to the waitresses attention she took the glass away with the contents. A few minutes later she came back smiling with a fresh glass and they had re-poured the contents simply into a new glass which by the way was also with lipstick on the rim! That is definitely a no go..
