★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store with more luxurious clothing items. Friendly staff but they might seem a little distant untill you ask them anything. Sadly wasn't able to find what we were looking for but the staff member did his best to help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is excellent, that's so rare to come across in The Netherlands. The collection is good with a focus on slim fit. They have clothes in regular fit too but the collection is limited but whatever they have works for a basic wardrobe.

My partner and I usually go to the Boss store in Berlin and have a wonderful experience and since he urgently needed a suit we decided to go here. First, the shop assistant approached us with a smirk and when we told him we were looking for a suit, kept on saying "our clearance section is over here" despite us telling him it didn't really matter so long as we found a good suit. After we picked a suit, he decided to start criticising my partner's body saying his arms were too long, his legs were too long etc. Then, he said that my partner would never find a suit that would fit him in this store so he should go online. My partner is 188cm, which is rather common in the Netherlands so I really struggle to understand how there would be no suit at all that could fit him. Other customers seemed to be having a great shopping experience but this salesperson really killed ours. I do not know what the chip on his shoulder was, but there is no need to take it out on customers. We ended up going to another Boss store and surprise: there were plenty of suits that fit AND very helpful staff!
