very knowledgeable and honest, he was the only salesperson that approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I went into the store the next day he was off and the was a female and male salespersons there and they didn't even ask if I needed help so I walked out and decided to return when Mad was working. There was no customer's in the store so no reason for them to ask if I needed any assistance.?

It's the second time I go to the store looking for a specific item and the service is below expectations.
In this specific case I was looking for a coat but wanted to confirm the size before buying.
After 15 minutes wandering around the store an employee greets me.
I describe the product in question and the collaborator went to get the desired size.
When I see the coat, I ask if they have in another color, to which the collaborator answers that another color doesn't exist for that specific model what I try to explain that online there were two colors but the employee says it's not possible, so I open the online page on my cellphone and show it, then the employee says, "we don't have this product", so I question whether the employee did not have or did not know about the existence of the coat, what she was not sure what to answer.
However, I still wanted to confirm the ideal size for me, which I ask if I could go to the dressing room to try the coat, to which I get the following reply: "You can try it on right here!"
Honestly I would just return to this store to confirm product sizes and then buy online or buy at bijenkorf.
