★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantonvriendelijk garantiebeleid. Dure trui gekrompen na 1e wasbeurt volgens wasvoorschrift. Medewerkers schuiven filiaalhouder naar voren die direct mij verwijten maakt dat ik het wel fout gedaan zou hebben. Aan het product ligt het niet, na zogenaamd beraad met Duitsland. Mijn advies: koop HB producten online als je garantie wilt.
Customer-unfriendly warranty policy. Expensive sweater shrunk after 1st wash according to washing instructions. Employees push the branch manager forward who immediately reproaches me that I did it wrong. It is not the product, after supposedly consultation with Germany. My advice: buy HB products online if you want a warranty.
